How To Prepare For Appointments

  • 1. Make sure there is an adult present during the entire visit.
  • 2. Have a patient or parent ID available for verification purposes.
  • 3. We love pets but if you have any, please make sure they are in a secured area.
  • 4. Have an area with appropriate lighting and space available for your telemedicine visit.
