What Is a Menopause Follow-Up Visit?

A Menopause Follow-Up visit is a continuity-of-care appointment focused on reassessing menopause-related symptoms and evaluating how well current treatments are working. These visits help ensure symptom relief, safety, and long-term health.

What We Review During Your Visit:
  • Hot flashes, night sweats, and sleep changes
  • Mood, energy, and cognitive concerns
  • Hormone or non-hormonal therapy effectiveness
  • Medication tolerance and side effects
  • Ongoing preventive health needs

Why Ongoing Menopause Care Matters

In-home follow-up visits make ongoing care more accessible. UrgentCare2Go® helps patients:

  • Optimize symptom control and comfort
  • Adjust therapies safely over time
  • Reduce treatment-related side effects
  • Support long-term bone and cardiovascular health

How to Prepare for Your UrgentCare2Go

Create a Clean and Comfortable Environment:

  • Ensure the area for your UrgentCare2Go service is clean and has sufficient space for our equipment and staff to move around comfortably
