A Welcome to Medicare Physical (also called an Initial Preventive Physical Exam) is a one-time visit for new Medicare Part B enrollees. This appointment ensures you receive preventive screenings, early detection guidance, and baseline health evaluation during your first year of coverage. The goal is to establish a long-term wellness plan tailored to your individual needs.

- Please ensure you are ready at the scheduled appointment time
Secure All Pets in an Enclosed Area:
- Of course, we love pets! However, for the safety and comfort of everyone, please ensure all pets are secured in a separate, enclosed space during the visit
