What Is an Illness Consultation?

An illness evaluation identifies the cause of symptoms and develops an appropriate care plan. During your visit, your provider will:

What We Review During Your Consultation:
  • Symptom history and onset timeline
  • Relevant past medical history and medications
  • Physical examination and vital signs assessment
  • Laboratory or imaging testing recommendations
  • Treatment guidance, follow-up, and preventive advice

Why Early Illness Evaluation Matters

In-home visits reduce exposure risks and provide rapid assessment for timely care. UrgentCare2Go® helps patients:

  • Identify the underlying cause of symptoms
  • Receive guidance on testing and treatment
  • Prevent complications or worsening conditions
  • Understand follow-up and monitoring needs

How to Prepare for Your UrgentCare2Go

  • Ensure the area for your UrgentCare2Go service is clean and has sufficient space for our equipment and staff to move around comfortably
