What Is a Mental Health Problem Evaluation?

A Mental Health Problem evaluation is a medical assessment designed to understand emotional, cognitive, and behavioral symptoms that may affect daily functioning. These visits help identify contributing medical, psychological, or situational factors and guide appropriate care.

What We Review During Your Visit:
  • Mood, anxiety, and stress-related symptoms
  • Sleep, energy, and concentration changes
  • Medical history and current medications
  • Impact on work, school, or relationships
  • Need for treatment, follow-up, or referral

Why Early Mental Health Care Matters

In-home visits reduce barriers to mental health care. UrgentCare2Go® helps patients:

  • Identify symptoms early
  • Reduce impact on daily functioning
  • Coordinate safe treatment options
  • Support emotional and overall well-being

How to Prepare for Your UrgentCare2Go

Create a Clean and Comfortable Environment:
