What Is a Pregnancy Follow-Up Visit?

A pregnancy follow-up visit provides additional monitoring and guidance during pregnancy. These visits help address symptoms, review test results, and ensure maternal health remains stable between scheduled prenatal appointments.

What We Review During Your Follow-Up:
  • Pregnancy symptoms and changes
  • Blood pressure and vital signs
  • Weight changes and nutrition
  • Fetal movement concerns
  • Medication and supplement use
  • Guidance on when to seek urgent care

Why Pregnancy Follow-Up Care Matters

In-home follow-ups offer reassurance without unnecessary travel. UrgentCare2Go® helps patients:

  • Address pregnancy-related symptoms early
  • Reduce anxiety with timely reassurance
  • Identify warning signs requiring obstetric care
  • Support maternal and fetal well-being
  • Complement routine prenatal care

How to Prepare for Your UrgentCare2Go

Create a Clean and Comfortable Environment:

  • Ensure the area for your UrgentCare2Go service is clean and has sufficient space for our equipment and staff to move around comfortably
  • Please ensure you are ready at the scheduled appointment time

Secure All Pets in an Enclosed Area:

  • Of course, we love pets! However, for the safety and comfort of everyone, please ensure all pets are secured in a separate, enclosed space during the visit
