Curative Members Can Access Mobile Urgent Care

Understand Your Network and Visit Requirements Before SchedulingUploaded Image

When you are sick or injured, leaving home to find care can add stress to an already difficult day. UrgentCare2go® accepts Curative insurance and provides eligible patients with another option: medical care delivered to the patient’s location.

UrgentCare2go Accepts Curative

Curative members may be able to use their insurance for qualifying urgent care, primary care, testing, or follow-up services through UrgentCare2go.

Coverage depends on the member’s plan, network status, deductible, copay, and other requirements. Some Curative plans may include specific steps—such as completing a Baseline Visit or maintaining an active Curative Pass—that affect member costs.

Review the UrgentCare2go Curative insurance page and confirm your current benefits before receiving care.

When Mobile Urgent Care May Help

A mobile visit may be appropriate for non-life-threatening concerns such as:

  • Cold, flu, or respiratory symptoms

  • Fever

  • Sore throat

  • Ear pain

  • Allergies and mild allergic reactions

  • Pink eye

  • Minor rashes or skin infections

  • Urinary symptoms

  • Nausea or vomiting

  • Minor cuts and injuries

  • Certain primary care follow-ups

The care team will review the patient’s symptoms and determine whether mobile care is appropriate. Some conditions require an emergency department, specialist, imaging center, or other higher level of care.

What to Have Ready

Before the scheduled appointment, prepare:

  • Curative insurance card

  • Photo identification

  • Current medications and allergies

  • Recent test results, when relevant

  • Preferred pharmacy information

  • A list of symptoms and when they started

  • Relevant medical history

Patients should secure pets and select a clean, well-lit space where the medical professional can safely complete the evaluation.

What Happens During the Visit?

The medical professional may review symptoms, obtain vital signs, perform a focused examination, and recommend appropriate testing or treatment. Prescriptions, referrals, or follow-up care may be recommended when medically appropriate.

Services are based on clinical judgment and individual patient needs. Additional laboratory, pharmacy, imaging, or specialist charges may be handled separately.

Mobile Care Across Texas Communities

UrgentCare2go serves patients in the Dallas–Fort Worth area, Arlington, Farmers Branch, Brownwood, Austin, Houston, San Antonio, and El Paso.

Location availability and appointment times may vary.

Schedule Care With Curative Insurance

Visit UrgentCare2go to request an appointment or call (817) 508-8169.

Patients should plan for the assigned arrival window. A medical assistant will send an update when the team is traveling to the appointment.

Emergency warning: Mobile urgent care is not a replacement for emergency services. Call 911 for severe chest pain, breathing difficulty, signs of stroke, severe bleeding, loss of consciousness, or other life-threatening symptoms.

Insurance acceptance does not guarantee payment. Curative benefits and patient costs must be confirmed for the individual plan.
