Baptist Health WebTPA Mobile Urgent Care

When you or a family member is not feeling well, leaving home and spending time in a waiting room can make an already difficult day feel even harder. Baptist Health employees with WebTPA benefits may be able to receive convenient medical care at home through UrgentCare2go™.

UrgentCare2go brings professional medical care to homes, workplaces, hotels, and other approved locations within eligible Texas service areas. You can learn more about mobile services on the UrgentCare2go website or call (817) 508-8169 for assistance.

Understanding Your Baptist Health WebTPA Coverage

Baptist Health offers a Copay Plan and an HDHP Plan, both administered by WebTPA. Members may need to meet their deductible before the plan begins sharing eligible medical costs. After the deductible is met, varying copays or other cost-sharing amounts may apply.

Your exact responsibility depends on your plan, deductible balance, provider network, and the medical services performed during your visit. Cost-sharing information may also be printed on your insurance ID card.

Before scheduling, review the Baptist Health insurance page and have your insurance card available. You may also review the general WebTPA information provided by UrgentCare2go.

Medical Care Without the Waiting Room

Mobile urgent care can be especially helpful when you are feeling sick, caring for a family member, working from home, or having difficulty traveling to a clinic.

Depending on your symptoms and the provider’s clinical evaluation, UrgentCare2go may be able to assist with concerns such as:

  • Cold, flu, cough, and sore-throat symptoms
  • Fever, congestion, and seasonal allergies
  • Nausea, vomiting, and minor stomach concerns
  • Urinary symptoms
  • Minor skin conditions
  • Mild injuries, sprains, and strains
  • Headaches and other non-emergency concerns
  • Follow-up care when medically appropriate

The visiting medical professional will evaluate your symptoms and recommend the proper level of care. Testing, treatment, or a referral for additional evaluation may be recommended based on your medical needs.

Mobile urgent care is not intended for life-threatening emergencies. Call 911 or visit the nearest emergency room for severe chest pain, significant difficulty breathing, signs of a stroke, uncontrolled bleeding, loss of consciousness, or another serious condition.

What Will You Pay at the Time of Service?

Your Baptist Health plan may require a deductible, copay, coinsurance, or another member responsibility. The amount collected at the time of service may depend on the benefit information available before your appointment.

UrgentCare2go can submit your insurance information for verification, but WebTPA makes the final determination regarding eligibility, covered services, and claim payment. A benefit quote or cost estimate is not a guarantee that the plan will cover every service.

For plan-specific questions, contact WebTPA Customer Service at (855) 318-1340 or visit the Baptist Health WebTPA portal.

Prior Authorization and Claim Information

When prior authorization is required, healthcare providers may complete the request through Availity.

Baptist Health WebTPA claims may be submitted electronically using Payor ID 75261. Mailed claims should be sent to:

WebTPA
P.O. Box 99906
Grapevine, TX 76099-9706

Patients generally do not need to submit claims themselves when the healthcare provider files the claim. Contact WebTPA if you need help understanding a claim, Explanation of Benefits, or remaining member responsibility.

Finding an In-Network Provider

Baptist Health uses the EHN Preferred Network. This network includes participating BSWQA providers, but not every BSWQA provider is included.

To search for an in-network provider, visit the Baptist Health WebTPA portal or contact the BSWQA Care Navigation Team at 1-844-279-7589.

A specialist referral requirement is not listed for these plans. Because individual benefits can differ, members should confirm referral and authorization requirements with WebTPA before scheduling specialty care.

Care That Meets You Where You Are

Getting medical care should feel supportive, clear, and manageable. UrgentCare2go helps bring non-emergency care directly to you, allowing you to rest and speak with a medical professional in a familiar setting.

When you are ready, book your visit online or call (817) 508-8169. The UrgentCare2go team is here to help you understand the scheduling process and receive appropriate care in an eligible Texas service area.
